おつかれにゃん~ (= ^ . ^ =)
it had been fun working at the bakery; i will miss some of the regular customers, especially the jap guy that is the cuter version of koide kosuke. LOL.
anyway.
school is also finally starting in a week's time. i am excited hee hee. tt and i are so blessed, our modules registration went pretty smoothly despite some lags and occasional crashes of the bloody school portal. very very thankful to have secured a decent timetable amidst the frustrating cyber battle with the incredibly incompetent portal. i feel so sorry for my schoolmates who literally spent hours just trying to log in. well done leh, this simisai school.
here are some ugly photos from my phone.

i can't wait to get back to millenia walk for this again. it has been my chill out place after morning shift at the bakery before i head down to mci for my evening shift. i still don't know why i took up two jobs then... it wasn't that bad, but i ended up spending more than i painstakingly earn in a dreadful 2-3 hrs.... because i spoil myself - alot. wow i have eaten a lot of sashimi in august.
lololololol what a bad photo. i wanted to show you the zaru soba as well as the sashimi. but i didn't wanna be judged so i took this photo rather discreetly. which is why it turned out like crap. anyway. went to standing sushi bar again with justin and grace the other day, coincidentally on my last day of work sooooo it was very worth my $30.80. we ordered a total of 75 slices of salmon sashimi. that is a lot, by the way.

watched 'unbeatable' - wheehee eddie peng!!! and tried this cafe at srg gardens with tt. rainbow cake yumzzz!!!

oh here are my new buys. let me explain.
on your left, you see fukushima masaharu.
hahahahahaha
ok. on your left, it is 'manatsu no hoteishiki' by higashino keigo. the original version. yes that is correct; i bought the original japanese version of this book. if i haven't mention, i bought the chinese version of this a couple months back because i wanted to read it before watching the movie, and english translations are not done for all of his works and they usually take a very long time (1~2 years). anyway. the decision to buy this book was.... on impulse. hahahaha duh. and also on the thought that i will eventually be able to read it smoothly. okay lah but in all practicality, it is a very useful tool to practice japanese since i can refer it from the chinese version. i am surprisingly rather talented at comprehending foreign language. LOL
okay, moving on.
the other two books, as you can tell, were selling at 2 for $25 at hmv. walao new 1st hand books 2 for $25 - you BUY!! contemplated, like hell, between 'sputnik sweetheart' and 'pale view of hills' by kazuo ishiguro. i said i think murakami writes weird things that i don't really understand sometimes, but i still went for another of his work. by the way, if anyone is wondering, and also serving as a self reminder: i have not finished 1Q84. it has been.... 46 weeks. (if instagram is accurate). lol o-kay.
and i also bought superfreakonomics. because i've read freakonomics. so you'll naturally want to read its sequel. it was a funny read, i remember.

wah i took self shot!!! and failed so badly cos i cut off my own eyes. it was a good day out with her. we even went to guanyin temple to pray hahaha. sigh she's back in shanghai again.
なんか~羨ましな~
あたしもがんばります!よし。
hao peng you, see you in 2014!!!
SEPTEMBER LETS GO!!!
